Xenia Folkes - Director – AAG Private Clients
Xenia Folkes (nee Howard-Johnston), joined AAG in 2007 as Director of our Private Clients team, overseeing the relationship and interests of a diverse range of Clients.
Xenia has been involved in International Business for her entire working life, in the worlds of International Fish Trading, Oil Trading, eBanking and Wealth Management. Xenia is trilingual, and has spent a large part of her life abroad. Interestingly, Xenia first met the AAG team as a Client, so had first hand knowledge of the benefits and structure of AAG’s services.
Christian Raben - Business Development Director - Property Division
Christian began his career in the UK after graduating from Copenhagen Business School as an International Market Economist majoring in International Marketing in 1997.
Prior to moving to London, Christian competed in waterskiing on a professional level and represented Denmark at competitions worldwide.
Throughout his career working in Denmark, Germany and the UK, Christian has built up an extensive international contact network enabling him to offer clients of AAG bespoke off-market residential and commercial opportunities.

Deborah Bugden – Managing Director - Mortgage Brokerage Ltd.
Deborah is an award winning mortgage consultant and manager, joining AAG in October 2006 with over 20 years mortgage industry experience.
During her successful career, Deborah developed valuable expertise in retail mortgages with Halifax, Prudential and Cheltenham & Gloucester, the latter of which she spent 10 years as Branch Manager.
In November 2003 Deborah incorporated an Independent Mortgage Brokerage based in the City of London. Her reputation quickly established itself and her client base flourished purely through personal recommendation.
Deborah and her team consult with our UK clients on Residential and Investment Mortgage lending, Multi-Currency Mortgages and Equity Release. Her team also offer specialist expertise on non-domicile mortgage lending to support the needs of our International Clients.
Deborah’s extensive experience and contacts within this industry enables her to find positive solutions and resolve most issues or complexities that may arise. Deborah believes that the management of a mortgage debt is an integral part of a wealth management plan.
Richard Bradley – Commercial Mortgage Broker
Prior to forming the Alexander Associates commercial mortgage division Richard Bradley spent 17 years with NatWest, holding several senior positions within the retail and commercial sectors of the group.
Richard left NatWest to specialise in the commercial property finance sector, being in the forefront of setting up a new processing platform for both brokers and lenders. Richard has gained an unrivalled knowledge of the commercial property market which has been instrumental in the divisions success.
In 5 years the division has gone on from strength to strength, supported by our success in arranging funding packages for large scale residential and commercial development projects for existing and new clients.
Adam Jeaffreson – Commercial Mortgage Broker
Adam Jeaffreson FRSA, began his financial career with City Financial Partners as a financial adviser rising to position of Senior Unit Manager. During this time Adam built and managed a client base of over 400 clients.
In January 2002 Adam helped set up and run the Alexander Associates Commercial Mortgages division. The business is now lending circa £100,000,000 per annum on Investment, Development and Owner Occupied property deals, both in the UK and Europe.

Richard Broughton - Wealth Manager
Richard has been with AAG for over 12 years, joining us from a successful career in Accountancy with Grant Thornton.
Richard is a highly experienced Wealth Manager with several Advanced Financial Planning papers to his name. This valuable expertise means that Richard can offer AAG clients extremely innovative solutions to today’s complex financial and investment needs.
Richard uses his extensive network in the 'Alternative Investments' market to advise on a number of different asset classes including antiques, fine art, wines, stamps and woodland.
He is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
Clive Wiesbauer – Wealth Manager
Clive graduated from Liverpool University with a Medieval/Modern History Degree in 1986.
Clive is one of the founding partners of the Alexander Associates Group and has over 15 years experience in Financial Services. He specialises in Wealth Management and asset creation for high net worth individuals.
Clive is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce, FRSA.
Kalp Shah – Wealth Manager
Kalp joined AAG in June 2007 after a long career in Financial Services industry starting in 1987. He has spent the last 16 years as a successful Independent Financial Advisor.
Kalp is highly qualified in advanced pension planning and has a broad expertise in all types of personal and corporate pensions. He also has excellent experience across a broad range of other financial areas, including corporate employee benefit structuring.
