Originally from New York, Richard Balaes, managing director of AAG Corporate Services has spent over 20 years of his career working for major banks including Citigroup and Morgan Stanley both in London and New York. As a specialist in managing employee share plans, Balaes has successfully introduced and managed complex schemes throughout the UK, Europe and the US. In addition, he has also had an active role as Trustee Director for the Citigroup UK Pension Plan for over 4000 members.
