The AAG brokerage team boasts 60 years of expert knowledge and experience of the corporate property sector. The management team previously held senior positions in major organisations as well as specialist brokers before launching AAG’s commercial financing division in 2002.
Since this time the division has gone from strength to strength, supported by AAG’s success in arranging funding packages for large scale residential and commercial development projects for existing and new clients.
AAG is now lending circa £150,000,000 per annum on Investment, Development and Owner Occupied property deals, both in the UK and Europe. The AAG commercial finance team have developed valuable working relationships with over 75 different lending institutions, mezzanine finance and private equity companies and are in an incredibly strong position to drive all types of lending through, with exceptionally favourable terms for AAG’s clients.

This long-standing team has been established for over 10 years, with proven experience in arranging residential mortgages up to £20 million.
