Originally from New York, Richard Balaes, managing director of AAG Corporate Services, has spent over 20 years of his career working for major banks including Citigroup and Morgan Stanley both in London and New York. As a specialist in managing employee share plans, Balaes has successfully introduced and managed complex schemes throughout the UK, Europe and the US. In addition, he has also had an active role as Trustee Director for the Citigroup UK Pension Plan for over 4000 members.

The AAG brokerage team boasts 60 years of expert knowledge and experience of the corporate property sector. The management team previously held senior positions in major organisations as well as specialist brokers before launching AAG’s commercial financing division in 2002.
Since this time the division has gone from strength to strength, supported by AAG’s success in arranging funding packages for large scale residential and commercial development projects for existing and new clients.
AAG is now lending circa £150,000,000 per annum on Investment, Development and Owner Occupied property deals, both in the UK and Europe.
