AAG Financial Education’s workshop style event ‘The Importance of Financial Education in the Workplace’
Award-winning provider AAG Financial Education hosted an interactive workshop-style event aimed at HR & Rewards professionals, which focused on the importance of Financial Education in the workplace and how to successfully implement a Financial Education programme in the workplace. AAG was joined by some of their existing clients who shared how they have implemented their Financial Education / Wellbeing strategies and heard directly from HR professionals and industry leaders about their objectives and the solutions that AAG have provided.
AAG’s panel discussed was hosted by Gabbi Stopp, Proshare’s Executive Director and featured Maggie Williams, Content Director at REBA, Shelly Ribbons, Share Plans Manager at Janus Henderson and Stuart Hudson, Director at AAG Financial Education. The panel discussion explored how companies drive engagement with a Financial Education programme and create a financial wellbeing strategy which is accessible to all employees. The panel then moved into targeted workshop groups to discuss how to overcome common barriers to Financial Education.
